Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is required 24-48 hrs prior to appointment time.
Client responsibility clause: Clients are responsible for securing all valuables and important items prior to service including but not limited to medications, cash jewelry and important documents. Due to the nature of decluttering and trash removal, any items left within service areas may be unintentionally discarded. Compassionate Cleaning LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced or discarded items.
For the safety of all parties, services will not be performed in environments involving active illness including but not limited to fever, flu, cold, COVID-like symptoms. If you or anybody in your household is feeling under the weather (including the children and babies) please reschedule in the allowable time frame.
For sanitary reasons, I ask that you supply a broom and a dust pan. We’ll provide the mop and other cleaning supplies needed for the job.If you have carpet, please have a working vacuum.
We Love pets and children, but please keep your pets and children away from the areas that are being cleaned so that we can properly perform our tasks.
If you are booking a decluttering session or if your home requires decluttering, you must be home and available. Working from home does not count as I will need your attention and direction to make decisions. If you book the service, we arrive and you're not home or you're working on something else that requires most of your attention, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned.
Before booking, please make sure that there is running water and that drains are draining properly as it is necessary for us to do our job properly and efficiently. Be sure to have working electricity and lighting in each room. If the lack of running water, drain malfunctions or lack of electricity/lighting interferes with the job, unfortunately we will have to cancel and the deposit will not be returned.
Please inform us upon booking if you have any mice and /or roaches so that we can properly prepare for the job. Failure to disclose this will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will not be returned. Unfortunately we can't accommodate homes that have rats (not mice) or bedbugs. Please do not book if you have rats or bedbugs as we do not have equipment to deal with such situations.If rats or bedbugs are discovered while on the job, the service will be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned.
Please note that we do not remove garbage so that will not automatically be included in your total price. We do offer junk removal services for an extra charge. The charge will depend on the amount of bags and appliance being thrown away (if any).
A deposit of $100 is required to book. It can be sent to cleaningcompassionate@gmail.com via zelle. The verification screen will say COMPASSIONATE CLEANING LLC FRESH MEADOWS. The balance is due upon my arrival to your home. Please note that failure to pay upon arrival will result in a cancelled appointment and your deposit will not be returned.
The balance can be paid in cash or through zelle only.
